Like American CCC staff members, all Thai staff members raise financial support to fund their ministries. His TestimonyMy name is Rew (Phattharaphon  Khamkongchan).  I am 28 years old. I graduated from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management Major. And now, I am full time staff with Thailand Campus Crusade for Christ (TCCC), an interdenominational Christian organization which ministers in about 200 countries around the world.

I was born in a non-Christian family. I grew up in Buddhist culture. My village has a church and I went there many times, but I did not understand about God.  I had no hope in my life and I was very selfish.   I had no purpose to my life, and lived only for the moment.  When I was a freshman, a staff of TCCC came to me and shared the gospel with me.  The first time I heard, I did not believe, I did not see how it related to me. But one day he invited me to go to a Christian camp. In this camp I had an opportunity to see the Jesus film, When I saw, I started to cry when Jesus was crucified on the cross. I felt Jesus loves me so much and I felt joy and peace in my heart. Finally I prayed receive Christ through the Jesus film.

Since that time I have been growing in my Christian life, I went to church and studied   the Bible and shared eagerly with others so they, too, can find this true joy and meaning in life that I have experienced. And that was the reason why I decided to become a full time staff of TCCC. So that God can use me as tool to bring the lost students, which are the future of the country to come to know Him. My vision is to see the young people in Thailand rise up for God and reach the world.

It’s going to be my 3nd year of serving God with TCCC. My ministry as campus director for Payap University includes sharing the gospel with students, making disciples, and teaching them to grow up in a Christian life.

P’Rew has been a great blessing to us during our time so far in Thailand. He truly has an amazing heart in serving God through his ministry with Campus Crusade. We are thankful for his willingness to always serve us through translating Thai staff meetings and we are always encouraged by his positive attitude and his desire to see students come to know Christ.

P'K has been a great encouragement to us during our time spent in Chiang Mai.  Jonathan has gotten to work with him on artistic projects- and has been blown away by his talent and creativity!  We also joined with him on trips to villages at Christmas time and had a great time getting to know him better.  He has an amazing heart for reaching his campus for the Gospel.
